（二）坐姿大方。在值勤中，坐姿要舒展、自然和大方。坐时上体要挺直，勿弯腰驼背，不要垂肩、摇腿、跷脚、晃身子，双膝应并拢，双手不可随意扶拉桌、椅，与人交谈时，更应坐得端正，两眼平视对方，显得精神饱满。

（三）站姿端庄。站立值勤时，应收腹、直腰、挺胸，双肩稍后放平，双臂自然下垂，保持身体端正，给人一种轻松自然感觉，体现出保安员的雄姿。切忌站得东歪西邪，弓背凸肚。

（四）行走稳健。行走时，身体要直立，抬头挺胸，平视前方，两腿有节奏地交替向前迈进，步伐应自然、稳健。在公共场合行走，要遵守交通规则；行人之间要礼让；与人交谈时要靠边站立；两人走路时不要勾肩搭背；穿制服走路时，不要吃东西、吸烟和将手插在裤兜内。
